Policies forbidding on line classes suddenly dissolved. It was a moment of collective uncertainty, prompting Kirk and his wife to accelerate their plans for him to leave formal employment and become a full time content creator. This decision led to launching his show, producing YouTube content, and offering remote production services. These three areas expanded beyond his imagination, illustrating how aligning with purpose, even under unexpected circumstances, can create incredible outcomes. Being consistent is like, you've made a verbal contract with your audience.

Consistency means here are my next four live shows. ‘Cause that's the that's the accountability hack to being consistent.

Online is great. And I I always always want to hasten to add that thing in there that you you can actually make real relationships online. But there's something about in person that accelerates that process.

I'm a former missionary and IT executive turned content creator and live video coach.

There is nothing that you will learn, no skill set that you will learn that would was a waste of time.

Collect experiences. Collect experiences, even if you have to collect them from someone else, like me. You don't have to experience everything for yourself in order to learn the lesson.

Failures are not just failures, they are learnings. You only learn from failure.

My recipe and your recipe are gonna be completely different. And that's what's so great about online.

If you want to figure out what your content is, it could, I'm not saying it it is, it could possibly be rooted in the motivation to ensure that nobody else goes through what I went through.

The internal motivation is the one that you can duplicate. That's the one you can take to the bank.

community is more the the the folks that you're interacting with on a regular basis. These are the folks that are playing a part, they're

just meeting meeting those individuals because you have that existing relationship in the virtual world. And then when you meet them in real life, it's

the learning happens in the room, in the presentation room, but the magic happens in the hallways, you know.

We don't want that at Empowered Podcasting. We want to make sure that we're bringing in the best and the brightest talents of speakers. But

in those conversations, we're asking them, hey, is this your first time? You know, what what do you think about this event?

I really encourage people to just walk up to someone like you were taught in kid school. Just say, hey, you know, my name is,
