Acceptable Use Policy
PodGlue is built for honest conversations.
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) supplements the Terms & Conditions and applies to everyone who uses PodGlue — hosts, guests, workspace members, and anyone interacting with content stored on our services. Breaking these rules can result in content removal, account suspension, or referral to law enforcement.
Effective date: May 20, 2026
Prohibited content
You may not upload, host, generate, transmit, or link to the following on PodGlue:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors. PodGlue reports apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and preserves related records consistent with that obligation.
- Credible threats of violence, incitement to violence, or content that targets people for serious physical harm.
- Harassment, stalking, doxxing, or non-consensual disclosure of private information (including non-consensual intimate imagery).
- Content that promotes terrorism, organized criminal activity, or designated foreign terrorist organizations.
- Hate speech that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
- Fraud, scams, deceptive impersonation of real people or organizations, and synthetic media (audio, transcripts, AI-generated assets) created to deceive listeners about who said what.
- Malware, phishing kits, exploit code distributed for malicious purposes, or instructions for compromising systems you are not authorized to access.
- Infringement of copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity, or other intellectual property rights belonging to a third party.
- Unlawful sale or distribution of regulated goods (drugs, weapons, counterfeit items) and content that solicits illegal transactions.
- Content uploaded without the meaningful consent of identifiable guests, sources, or subjects where consent is legally or ethically required.
Prohibited platform behavior
Beyond content rules, the following activities are not allowed:
- Sending unsolicited bulk email, spam outreach to guests, or list-laundering through PodGlue email features.
- Evading rate limits, bypassing authentication, or attempting to access workspaces, accounts, or data that are not yours.
- Reverse engineering, scraping at scale, or extracting embeddings, prompts, transcripts, or model outputs you do not have rights to.
- Using PodGlue infrastructure to attack third parties (DDoS, brute force, credential stuffing) or to relay attacks against PodGlue itself.
- Creating duplicate or automated accounts to evade prior suspensions, billing limits, or trust-and-safety actions.
AI features & synthetic media
PodGlue offers AI-generated transcripts, summaries, social posts, and other derived assets. The following uses of those features are prohibited:
- Generating synthetic voices that impersonate identifiable real people without their explicit, documented consent.
- Producing AI-generated transcripts, show notes, or social posts that fabricate quotes, statements, or claims attributed to identifiable people.
- Using AI features to create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content involving real adults, or other prohibited content listed above.
- Prompt-injecting PodGlue agents (via uploaded transcripts, RSS feeds, or guest intake fields) to exfiltrate data, bypass safety controls, or take actions on other users' behalf.
AI outputs can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing PodGlue-generated content before publishing it externally, and for ensuring it accurately reflects what was actually said.

How PodGlue enforces this policy
When we receive a credible report or detect a violation, PodGlue may take one or more of the following actions, calibrated to the severity and pattern of the conduct:
- Remove or restrict access to the offending content.
- Warn the account owner and require corrective action.
- Suspend or terminate the workspace, including paid plans, without refund for material breaches.
- Preserve evidence and cooperate with law enforcement, NCMEC, or other competent authorities as required by law or compelled by valid legal process.
- In cases involving apparent CSAM, report to NCMEC and preserve records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
Where the law allows, we will give account owners notice of removals or suspensions and an opportunity to appeal by replying to the enforcement email. We may act without prior notice when delay would cause harm, when content is illegal on its face, or when we are required to act immediately.
