Report Content
Tell us about content that breaks the rules or the law.

If someone is in immediate danger
Contact local emergency services first. For child safety emergencies in the United States, you can also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org. Then forward the details to abuse@podglue.com with subject "URGENT" so we can preserve evidence and act on the PodGlue side.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors
PodGlue treats this as the highest priority and reports apparent CSAM to NCMEC as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first, then report to us.
How to report: Email abuse@podglue.com with subject "CSAM REPORT" — or use the NCMEC CyberTipline at https://report.cybertip.org if you prefer to report directly to NCMEC.
Threats of violence or imminent harm
Credible threats against a person, group, or public safety.
How to report: Email abuse@podglue.com with subject "URGENT — Threat". If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Harassment, doxxing, or non-consensual intimate imagery
Targeted harassment, stalking, exposure of private information, or sexual imagery shared without consent.
How to report: Email abuse@podglue.com with subject "Harassment Report".
Copyright infringement (DMCA)
Use of your copyrighted work without authorization. Counter-notices follow the same process.
How to report: Follow the DMCA procedure on the Terms & Conditions page — it includes the exact statutory elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Trademark infringement
Unauthorized use of your registered or common-law trademark in a way likely to confuse consumers about source or sponsorship.
How to report: Email abuse@podglue.com with subject "Trademark Complaint" and include the items listed below.
Impersonation, fraud, or deceptive synthetic media
A PodGlue host or guest is being impersonated, or AI-generated content (voice, transcript, quotes) is being used to deceive listeners.

What to include in any report
To act quickly, we need enough information to find the content and understand the problem. Include the following in every report:
- The exact URL(s) on PodGlue where the content lives, or a description specific enough that we can locate it (workspace, episode title, timestamp).
- A clear description of what is wrong and which rule, right, or law you believe was broken.
- Your name, role (e.g., rights holder, subject of the content, bystander), and contact email.
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, registration certificates, prior correspondence, court orders).
- If you are reporting on behalf of someone else, your authority to act for them.
Trademark complaints — required elements
Trademark complaints are reviewed against the AUP and applicable trademark law (Lanham Act in the U.S., or the equivalent in your jurisdiction). Please include all of the following so we can act:
- Your full name, organization (if any), and contact information.
- The trademark you are asserting (text mark, logo, or both), the jurisdiction, and the registration number if registered. For common-law marks, describe the goods or services and the dates and geography of use.
- A description of the goods or services your mark covers.
- The location on PodGlue where the allegedly infringing use appears (URLs or sufficient description).
- An explanation of why the use is likely to cause consumer confusion about source, sponsorship, or affiliation.
- A statement, made in good faith, that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the trademark owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send complete trademark complaints to abuse@podglue.com with subject "Trademark Complaint."
Copyright notices (DMCA)
DMCA notices and counter-notices must follow 17 U.S.C. § 512. The full procedure, statutory elements, designated agent, and counter-notice process are in the Terms & Conditions under "Copyright & DMCA." Notices that do not include the required elements may be deemed deficient and not acted on.
Response expectations
- Acknowledgement within 2 business days of receipt for most reports.
- Action within 7 business days for valid abuse, trademark, harassment, and impersonation reports — sooner where required by law or where harm is ongoing.
- Apparent CSAM reports are escalated immediately, content is preserved, and a CyberTipline report is filed with NCMEC consistent with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
- DMCA notices follow the timing required by 17 U.S.C. § 512, including the 10–14 business day counter-notice window.
Repeated, false, or bad-faith reports may be ignored or referred to legal counsel. Knowingly false statements made under penalty of perjury (DMCA notices, trademark declarations) may expose you to liability.
