Terms & Conditions

PodGlue exists to compound conversations responsibly.

These Terms govern your use of the PodGlue website, app, and AI services. By accessing PodGlue, you agree to these conditions in full.

Acceptance of terms

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian permission to use PodGlue. Continued use after any updates to these Terms means you accept the revised version.

Services & billing

PodGlue may offer tiers with unique feature sets. Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled, and we require valid billing details on file. Refunds are handled case-by-case through our support team.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, add or remove features, or suspend services for maintenance while providing advance notice whenever possible.

Automatic Renewal Disclosure (California residents — Business & Professions Code § 17600): Paid PodGlue plans are subscription services that automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the same price shown at checkout, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged to your payment method on file at the start of each new billing cycle (the first day of each billing period). To cancel, go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription inside your PodGlue workspace. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access through the end of the current paid period. No partial-period refunds are issued except as required by law or under our 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

Accounts & content

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant PodGlue a license to operate, host, and improve the services. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to share any guest audio, transcripts, or AI prompts you submit.

User obligations & prohibited actions

Treat PodGlue as a shared workspace built on trust. The following expectations help keep the community healthy:

  • Keep your account credentials private and report unauthorized access immediately.
  • Use PodGlue for lawful, respectful purposes and do not impersonate others.
  • Respect guest privacy when sharing transcripts, edits, or AI-generated assets.

Actions we do not allow include, but are not limited to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of PodGlue services.
  • Send unsolicited spam or abuse communication channels tied to our platform.
  • Interfere with platform availability, security safeguards, or other customers.

A full list of prohibited content and platform behavior, including rules for AI-generated and synthetic media, is in our Acceptable Use Policy. To report content that violates the AUP or the law (including CSAM, harassment, trademark, and impersonation), use the Report Content page.

PodGlue owns the platform, design, and tooling unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute PodGlue IP without permission.
