Let me save you some time

PodGlue isn’t for everyone.

I built this for one kind of podcaster. If that’s you, you’ll feel it in the first list. If it isn’t, the second list will tell you straight, and I’d rather you keep your money.

PodGlue is for you if:

  • You treat your show as a personality-driven brand, and people follow you, not a format.
  • The guests you sit down with are relationships worth keeping, not names you forget by the next recording.
  • You want one conversation to keep working for weeks: show notes, social posts, the guest follow-up, the SEO page.
  • You would rather your episodes compound into something, a network, a body of work, a book, than disappear into the archive.
  • You are in this for the long haul, and you want a system that gets sharper the more you publish.

PodGlue is not for you if:

  • You are hunting for a one-click viral hack to game the algorithm this week.
  • You do not follow up with guests, and you are fine letting those conversations cool off.
  • You just want the cheapest place to park an audio file and walk away.
  • You want to dump a transcript, hit a button, and never look at the output again.
  • You think your show is content to churn, not a relationship worth tending.

If you saw yourself on the left, this is the system I wish I’d had for the first 750 episodes.

Why PodGlue is different

Every other tool turns your episode into content. PodGlue remembers the people.

Think about the best conversation you have had on your show. Not the one with the most downloads, the one that stayed with you. Now ask where that relationship lives today. If you are honest, the answer is usually: nowhere. The episode is archived. The trust you built quietly evaporates.

That is the gap I built PodGlue to fill. AI show notes are a commodity now; every app spits out titles and chapters. PodGlue is the only one built to hold the part that actually compounds: the people, the context, the follow-through. I call it Podcast Relationship Management, and it is the difference between publishing episodes and building a network that grows for years.

The Real Problem

The real reason podcasters burn out isn't the recording. It's the “cleanup.”

You finish an incredible 60-minute interview. You're energized. Then the real work starts: writing SEO titles, digging for timestamped chapters, drafting LinkedIn posts, and sending awkward “please share my show” emails to your guest.

But the busywork is not even the real cost. That conversation built something real: trust, with a person worth knowing. Then the episode goes live and the relationship quietly leaks away, not because you stopped caring, but because nothing was ever built to hold it.

PodGlue is what holds it.

It clears the post-production busywork in one pass, and it keeps the relationship you just built, so a conversation becomes a connection instead of an archived file.

These conversations could:

  • Spark referrals
  • Build trust
  • Feed future content
  • Create shareable assets
  • Open real opportunities

But they usually vanish into:

  • Scattered docs and spreadsheets
  • Recordings nobody can search
  • Guest follow-ups that never happen
  • Promo requests sent at the last minute
  • Momentum that resets after publish
Everything after you hit publish

I stopped shipping features. I built one loop.

Most tools hand you another dashboard to babysit. I wanted the opposite: one cycle that runs after every episode, and gets a little smarter each time around.

I recorded 750+ episodes as a host and a guest. The recording was never the hard part. The part nobody warns you about is the loop you run after: write the notes, cut the clips, follow up with the guest, build the page nobody sees you build.

So I made the loop the product. You hit publish. PodGlue does the rest, then sets up the next one.

01

Record

You hit publish on a real conversation. That is your only job.

PodGlue does the rest.

02

Repurpose

Show notes, social posts, the SEO page, the chapters, the quotes.

PodGlue does the rest.

03

Remember

The guest, the story, the promise to circle back. Kept, not lost.

PodGlue does the rest.

04

Grow

Reach widens, your archive deepens, the back catalog turns into a book.

PodGlue does the rest.

…which makes the next episode easier than the last.

That is the whole pitch. Not a pile of tools you operate. One loop that operates for you, and compounds every time you come back around.

Junaid Ahmed in his podcast studio
Why I built this

I had 147 rows in a spreadsheet. It was immaculate, and useless.

That spreadsheet was my guest list. After nearly a decade hosting Hacks & Hobbies, it held hundreds of people who gave me an hour of their time and trusted me with their story. Color-coded, formulas, dropdown menus. Every time I opened it, I felt overwhelmed, not organized.

And I couldn’t tell you what happened to most of them after publish day. I’d send the episode link. Sometimes. I’d share their clip. When I remembered. I’d follow up on something they mentioned. Almost never.

Not because I didn’t care. Because I had no system that made caring easy. By the time I started building PodGlue I had recorded over 750 episodes, and the problem was never discipline or effort. It was that nobody had built the right infrastructure for what podcasting actually creates.

Not content. Relationships. So I built PodGlue to be the thing that spreadsheet never was: one place that handles the busywork after you publish and keeps the relationship alive, so caring is finally easy.

That part, finally handled.

My promise to you

The switch is on me.

I have moved tools mid-stream before. The dread is real: the export that never comes, the card that keeps charging, the work you cannot get back out. So I built PodGlue to remove every reason to hesitate.

Try it for 14 days, no card.

Start your trial without typing in a credit card. Bring a real episode, not a demo. If it does not earn its place by day 14, you simply walk away. Nothing was ever charged.

No lock-in, ever.

No annual contract to start, and no hoops to leave. Cancel whenever you want and you keep access through the period you already paid for. I would rather you stay because it works, not because you are stuck.

Your data is yours. Always.

Every show note, guest record, and follow-up you build is yours to take. Export the whole thing to clean files whenever you want, including the day you leave. I will never hold your relationships hostage to keep you paying.

Switching costs you nothing but a transcript and an afternoon. The risk is mine to carry, not yours.

What PodGlue Does

One transcript in. A week of busywork done.

Most podcast tools stop at publish. PodGlue keeps going, turning one conversation into your show notes, social assets, guest follow-up, and a searchable archive you can mine for years.

One episode turned into show notes, social assets, and guest follow-up

Record once.

Your episode becomes the raw material for everything that happens next.

Follow up better.

Keep guest details, outreach, and relationship history organized after you publish.

Reuse everything.

Generate content, save what matters, and stop rebuilding your workflow every week.

The PodGlue Loop

Six jobs after publish. Handled, every episode.

I recorded 750+ episodes before I built any of this, so I know exactly what the day after publish looks like. Upload one transcript and PodGlue does that whole run for you, then feeds what it learns into the next episode. Not six tools. One loop that gets a little smarter every time you hit publish.

Own every word you've ever recorded

Your whole back catalog, one search away

For hosts sitting on a deep archive:

You said something brilliant 40 episodes ago and you'll never find it again. I lived that for years. Now I upload a transcript and the show notes, titles, and chapters write themselves, and every word I've ever said stays one search away. Nothing you record leaks out the back anymore.

  • Show notes, titles, and chapters drafted the second you upload
  • Timestamped Spotify and YouTube chapters, done for you
  • Find the exact quote from 40 episodes back in seconds
  • Pull any moment into a shareable quote card

Own the relationship, not just the recording

Every guest remembered, every follow-up handled

For interview hosts:

The guest was the whole point, and most of us still drop the ball the day after. PodGlue remembers each one: their story, what they shared, when you last spoke. It sends the thank-you, hands over the assets, and nudges the check-in, so following through stops being the chore you avoid. The guest gets a portal that looks like you hired a design team. You get a relationship that doesn't reset to zero.

  • Every guest's history, context, and how you met, kept in one place
  • The thank-you, the assets, the check-in: sent without you remembering to
  • A white-labeled guest portal with quote graphics and audiograms
  • A connection that compounds instead of fading

Nothing slips through after you publish

Every episode gets its next step, automatically

For solo hosts with no team behind them:

When it's just you, the dropped task is the one that quietly kills the show. PodGlue gives every episode a clear next step and tracks it on a board you can actually see. One click of Auto-Pilot drafts the whole social run while you go record the next one. The producer you can't afford to hire, basically.

  • A visual board that tracks every episode through six stages
  • One-click Auto-Pilot drafts your full social run
  • Posts for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and email, ready to go
  • Publish straight to WordPress and LinkedIn from the board

Turn one conversation into a month of attention

One episode, ten channels, zero copy-pasting

For hosts who hate the reformatting grind:

I used to rewrite the same takeaway ten times for ten platforms and resent every minute of it. PodGlue writes copy that's native to each place and still sounds like me, not a press release, then posts it without me ever switching tabs. One conversation keeps working for weeks instead of disappearing the day it drops.

  • Platform-native copy for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and your newsletter
  • Publish to WordPress and LinkedIn without leaving the dashboard
  • It sounds like you, because it learns your voice, not a template
  • Audiograms and quote graphics generated from the episode

Get found by people who aren't looking for you yet

Every episode, a page built to rank

For hosts who want growth, not just the listeners they already have:

Most episodes live and die on the podcast apps and nowhere else. PodGlue gives each one a public page built to be found, scores it out of 100, and tells you the few changes that move it. New people find the conversation in search, months after you recorded it.

  • A public, search-ready page for every episode
  • An SEO score out of 100, with the fixes that actually matter
  • Keyword and competitor research, done for you
  • A Google preview, plus Open Graph and Schema metadata handled

Build your next book while you record

Hundreds of hours, finally worth something on the shelf

For hosts sitting on a body of work:

Hundreds of hours of your best thinking are sitting dead on your RSS feed right now. PodGlue groups your episodes by theme and turns them into structured chapters with a clean introduction, so the book you keep saying you'll write is already half-built by the time you stop recording. Your archive becomes an asset, not a graveyard.

  • Episodes grouped by theme, automatically
  • Drag and drop your chapters into the right order
  • A cohesive introduction written from your own words
  • Export to PDF, EPUB, DOCX, or Markdown when you are ready

The questions you’re actually asking

Let me answer the hard ones.

I’d rather lose the sale than dodge the question. So here’s the honest version.

Fair question. There are a hundred tools that paste your transcript into a chat box and hand you a blog post. That is not what I built.

The wrapper part, turning a transcript into show notes, is the easy 10%. The other 90% is the part nobody sells: remembering who you talked to, knowing what you promised them, following up before the trail goes cold, and feeding next week's episode off the relationships you already have.

PodGlue is built relationship-first. A wrapper forgets you the moment you close the tab. This remembers your guests long after you hit publish, and everything you put in is yours to export whenever you want.

Still on the fence? The trial answers more than I can.
