For a long time the PodGlue phone app opened to a list. Your episodes were there, your tasks were there, but you still had to read the whole thing to work out where your show actually stood.
That's fine when you have three episodes. After 700, it's a lot of scrolling to answer a simple question: what should I do next?
This week the Command screen became a podcast health dashboard.
At the top are three meters: Pipeline, Content, Guests. Each one is a single score out of 100 with a plain label (Strong, Ready, Needs Attention, Blocked). You can see the state of your whole operation in about two seconds, before you've tapped anything.
Below that is the detail. An Episode Pipeline card (what's ready, processing, missing a transcript, blocked). An AI Output card (what Forge, Social, and Manuscript have generated, and what's still waiting on a transcript). A Guest Momentum card (follow-ups due, replies waiting, who's booked). And one insight card that reads the whole picture and names the single thing most worth your attention right now.
There's also a floating Ask PodGlue bar at the bottom. Today it's a shortcut to the questions you actually ask ("what's blocking my pipeline?", "which guests need follow-up?") and it jumps you to the right place. The conversational part comes later.
Here's what that looks like in practice. You open the app between two meetings. The hero reads Pipeline 82 (Ready), Content 64 (Building), Guests 41 (Needs Attention). You don't have to think about it, because the insight card already said it out loud: four episodes are ready and nine social assets are done, but three guests are waiting on you. So you tap Guest Momentum, and you're in the follow-ups. Thirty seconds, on a phone, done.
The point was never to show you more numbers. It was to answer "what now" without making you dig for it.
One honest note about the gray. When there's no data yet, the dashboard says so. A new show reads as gray, not as a wall of zeros that makes it feel like you're already behind. A missing number should look like a missing number, never a bad score.
The scores run straight off your real production data, so the obvious next steps are letting a row tap drop you into a filtered list, and teaching the Ask bar to actually answer instead of just routing you. Those are coming.
For now, open the app, and the show tells you where it stands.
