Ask ten people how to grow a podcast and you get ten answers. Clip it for TikTok. Get on other shows. Build an email list. Turn it into a book. Line up sponsors. Start a community.
They are all right. That is the problem.
When everything is a good idea, none of them get done. You open your show on Monday knowing you should be "doing more," and you close it Friday having done the same thing you always do: record, publish, repeat.
The blocker was never effort. It was not knowing which move was next.
There is a section inside PodGlue called the Strategy Hub. Until now it asked you to define your objectives and your ideal listener, which is useful, and then left you staring at a blank space where a plan should go.
You knew the destination. You had no map.
So we built the map. It is a library of 26 named plays, grouped the way podcast growth actually works: getting found, getting known, getting customers, and getting paid. Each play is a real move with real steps, not a vibe. "Guest Tour." "Clip Engine." "Sponsorship Kit." You can read exactly what each one asks of you before you commit to it.
The library is the first thing you see now. Your objectives and your voice do not disappear, they move underneath, where they belong, quietly sharpening what gets recommended.
Here is the part I am proud of.
Every play in the library is honest about whether PodGlue can actually help you run it today. A play backed by a real surface in the app is marked ready. A play we have not built the machinery for yet is shown as coming soon, and you cannot pretend-activate it. No fake buttons. No strategy that dead-ends the second you say yes.
Eight of the plays are ready to run right now. Seven need a little setup. The rest are on the board so you can see where we are going, not so we can look busy.
If you have ever toggled a feature on and watched nothing happen, you know why this mattered to me.
And instead of dropping all 26 in your lap, PodGlue picks one.
At the top of the library there is a single "start here" play, chosen from what you have already told us about your show. One move. The next one. You can ignore it and browse the whole shelf, but you do not have to carry the decision of where to begin. That is the part that stalls everyone.
What is next: the ready plays will start doing more than pointing you in a direction. When you activate one, PodGlue will hand you straight into the exact place in the app where the work happens, and for the plays about guesting, it will carry you across into the guest side of PodGlue on the same account. Named steps, tailored to your show, not a generic checklist.
For now, the shelf is stocked and the first move is picked. Open the Strategy Hub and it will tell you what to do this week.
Turns out the hard part of growing a show was never the work. It was knowing which work.

Our Homepage Was Too Clever. So We Rewrote All of It.
We described PodGlue like a pitch deck instead of a tool. A busy podcaster does not want a philosophy. They want their Saturday back. So we rewrote the whole homepage to say what it actually does.
You've Been Consistent for Three Years. Why Is Your Audience the Same Size?
Consistency is necessary. It is not sufficient. The podcasters who stay stuck aren't doing anything wrong, they're just running on a treadmill that was never built to go anywhere.
Your Best Episode Is Invisible
The episode that would change everything for a specific listener is already in your feed. They'll never find it. Not because it's bad, because it's organized by date, and ideas don't live on a calendar.
