PodGlue was built to learn. Which hooks work for your show, which posts people actually stop for, which guests might be worth a second conversation.
Learning needs numbers. Numbers about your posts.
That should be your decision, not mine.
What was wrong
The learning part was built, but nothing was feeding it. When I went back through it this week, I found that posts published from PodGlue were never handed to the part that learns from them. The suggestions had nothing to learn from.
The privacy rules were written down, but not switched on. The plan always said PodGlue would only check your post numbers after you agreed. The pieces for that existed. Nothing was actually using them.
Nobody's data was touched, because nothing was running. But I didn't want to fix the first problem before the second one.
What shipped
There's a new Performance Tracking section in Settings, under Integrations.
One switch: Track how my published posts perform. When it's on, PodGlue checks how the posts you publish from here do on LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Instagram. Views, likes, comments, shares. It uses that to learn what works for your show.
It starts off. It stays off until you turn it on. You can turn it off any time, and PodGlue keeps a record of every change.
A second switch: Hide contact details in suggestions. When PodGlue suggests an opportunity, like a guest worth inviting back, it shows why. With this on, any email addresses, phone numbers or links get removed from that explanation.
And posts you publish from PodGlue are now recorded, so once you opt in, there's something to learn from.
What's next
The next step is putting those numbers to work: a short summary after each episode goes out, showing what landed and who you might want to follow up with.
The relationship is the point. The numbers just help you see it.
If you turn it on and something looks off, tell me.

I Kept Finding One More Place This Bug Was Hiding
Fixing the dead episode link in the newsletter should have been the end of it. It wasn't. The same mistake kept showing up somewhere new, and the only reason I found each one was clicking the actual button.
I Clicked My Own Episode Link and It Went Nowhere
Nearly every episode link PodGlue put in a newsletter or a social post pointed at a page that didn't exist. It never threw an error. It just quietly went nowhere, and the only way to find that out was to click one.
The Clip That Took an Hour to Make Nothing
Vertical video with captions is live in PodGlue. It nearly shipped in a state where every clip would have burned an hour of server time and then failed.
