This one's embarrassing, so I'll keep it short.
If you went into Settings → Profile & Voice and uploaded a new cover or logo, two things went wrong. The image didn't actually stick. And, quietly, your show's description, RSS link, Apple and Spotify links, and the address of your public booking page got cleared.
No error. No warning. The upload said "success."
What was going on
Behind the scenes, the save that ran after an upload assumed it was being handed your whole show profile. It was only handed the new image. So everything it wasn't given, it saved as empty.
That booking page address matters most. Without it, the page guests use to book with you stops working.
What changed
Uploads now save the image and only the image. And the part of PodGlue that saves your profile now only touches the fields it's actually been given. Nothing it wasn't told about gets wiped.
If you uploaded a cover or logo recently
Open Settings → Profile & Voice and check that your RSS link, description and booking page address are still there. If any are blank, fill them back in and save. It takes a minute.
What's next
We found this one while building something else, which is the good news and the bad news. We're adding checks so this kind of quiet save can't sneak back in, and so a "success" message only shows up when the thing really worked.
Don’t just read the build. Shape it.
